Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and availability of items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits usually take 3-5 days to appear.
Late or missing refunds:
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 5 days, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email within 2 days of receiving the item with the reason for return, proof of purchase, and desired replacement product.
Please note that some items are limited production items, and certain sizes or colorways may not be available. If we do not have the exact item you wish to exchange for, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
