Returns & Exchanges
We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped. We will accept an item for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details. Items must be unused and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. (All headwear, accessories and discounted items are final sale). We do not issue replacements or refunds for items with minor cosmetic damage (corner dings, bends, etc), warping due to extreme weather conditions or mishandling by shippers. Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and availability of items; certain sizes, colorways and/or limited-edition products may not be available. If we do not have the exact item in stock, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We only refund items if they are defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Delayed or missing refunds (If Applicable)
There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, check the account associated with your payment provider (credit card / bank / PayPal) and contact them as needed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
