We will accept an item for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. All headwear and accessories are final sale.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email within 3 days of receiving the item with the reason for return, proof of purchase, and desired replacement product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. You can also exchange items in person at our Brooklyn store.
*Please note that returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion and availability of items. Certain sizes, colorways or limited-edition items may not be available. If we do not have the exact item in stock, we can issue a store credit of equal value.
Only regular price items may be exchanged; discounted items cannot be exchanged and are considered "final sale."
